Return Policy:

Cancellation Policy:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

• You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at info@offikraft.in or call at (+91-70327-62230)   along with your order number for any cancellations to be made but amount will added in your Offikraft wallet. No refund will be given at any given point of time.

Your orders can also be cancelled if Offikraft team finds your payments have not been received. Offikraft can also cancel your order subjected to our own interest, technical errors, fraud check, backend errors and server errors. 

Cash Back((Pre GST will be offered) or any other offers will be reflected with 7 working days from the order placed. Cash back(Pre GST will be offered) and offers will be valid for completed orders only, if product is returned offers will not be valid but refund will be initiated in your Offikraft wallet.

Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made Offikraft will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

Can I change the product after I have placed an order?

That’s not possible. You can cancel the order within one hour of placing the order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

No. You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order. We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the quantity of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care immediately along with your order number.
